Store/Share Sensitive Information

The preferred method for storing and sharing sensitive information at UNC-Chapel Hill is Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Group OneDrive.  Visibility must be Private and Owners are responsible for ensuring access controls match the data sensitivity.

Although e-mail is not the preferred method of sharing sensitive information, should the business needs of your unit require it, please speak with your Information Security Liaison for guidance.
